Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Regularly practicing Mallakhamb 3 days/week for at least 2 hours/session 2. Practicing Mallakhamb for a minimum of 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players who have recent injuries related to the upper extremities and hence unable to participate. 2. Players with spine injuries 3. A lack of informed assent given by the subject or consent given by the parent/legal guardian.
