Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)patient posted for knee arthroplasty and arthroscopic surgeries under spinal anesthesia 2)patient age group 18 to 70years 3)patient belonging to ASA class 1 to 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)patient refusal 2)infection at the site of needle insertion 3) allergy to any drug used in block
