Intervention1: Erector spinae plane block at T7 level bilaterally: Using a curviliner probe and an out of plane approach, the ESP plane will be identified and 20 ml of 0.2 % rpivacaine with 2 mg dexa

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients undergoing elective living donor liver trasnplants will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency transplant Pediatric transplant Preoperative encephalopathy Grade 3 and above Block site infection Technical diffioculty in performing the block Preoperative ventilation
