Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: State level Male Fencers of Age group between 18- 25 years. Fencers participating in one of the three district events , namely Epee , Saber, Foil  Player practicing fencing for more than 3 years Player practicing at least 3 times a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players having any upper limb injuries. Players undergone any upper limb surgery. Players having spine and upper limb pain. Players having restrictions to their movement.
