Intervention1: Coccinella septempunctata and concomitant care: Intervention is planned as administering Coccinella septempunctata 30CH 4 doses a day for 2 days. Coccinella septempunctata 200CH will be

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 65 years. 2. Patients suffering from radiating toothache due to dental caries, dental abscess, periodontitis, eruption of teeth, etc. [ICD-10 CM â?? K08.9: Disorder of teeth and supporting structures, unspecified] 3. Habit of brushing teeth with toothbrush and fluoridated toothpaste at least once daily. 4. On examination teeth tenderness on percussion. 5. Any one of the following symptoms of sufficient magnitude should be present as listed below: a. Pain in the superior molars and premolars. b. Pain radiating to forehead over right eye, sensitive to touch. c. Profuse accumulation of saliva. d. Throbbing type of pain. e. Cold sensation in the teeth and mouth. f. Neuralgia of teeth, gums, and mouth. g. Aggravation at night. h. Affects right side of the face in preference to left. i. Pain extending over the whole face, even to head, scalp. j. Periodical toothache, coming on every day at noon, in third inferior molar, extending over whole face, even to hairy scalp. k. Swollen gums. l. Great soreness of teeth to contact (mouth and throat). m. Neuralgia of teeth, raging during the day, almost disappearing at night.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient denying consent to participate. 2. Other orofacial pain conditions of non-odontogenic origin. 3. Recent steroid or antibiotic therapy for dental pain, gingivitis, periodontitis, etc. 4. Spontaneous bleeding gum associated with systemic disorder. 5. Patients who are too sick for consultation. 6. Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure. 7. Pregnant and puerperal women, lactating mothers. 8. Vulnerable population â?? unconscious, ambulatory, too sick for consultation, differently abled, terminally or critically ill patients, institutionalized subjects, mentally incompetent people. 9. Habit of tobacco chewing, smoking and different other form(s) of substance abuse and/or dependence. 10. Self-reported immune-compromised state. 11. Already undergoing homoeopathic treatment for chronic disease within last 2 weeks.
