Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Pre diagnosed patients of parinamshool suffering from at least 1 year,who have done recent OGDscopy 2)evaluated for vataj visiashan out of five symptoms minimum one symptomshould be present. 3)Age group 18-70 years, irrespective of sex, religion, socioeconomic status and occupation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with acute condition like haematemesis,ano rectal bleeding. 2) Known case of malignancy. 3)Known case ofHIV,T.B.and Pregnant women will be excluded.
