Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Individuals playing badminton since 5 years 2)Individuals having Flexible Flat foot 3)Recreational badminton players 4)Individuals voluntarily accepting to be a part of the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)This study does not include professional players who have stopped playing. 2)Any major surgery in last 1 year. 3)Injuries that occurred while training in gym, training sessions or while playing any other sport. 4) Fixed flat foot 5)Obesity 6)Ankle joint deformity 7)Knee osteo arthritis 8)Limb length discrepancy 9)In-toe gait and out-toe gait 10)Other pathology which can impact muscle strength 11)Any musculoskeletal and neurological conditions affecting balance 12) Any other foot deformity 13) Plantar fasciitis 14) Sprained foot
