Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age group 30 years to 65 years (Male and Female) 1. Patients with Primary Hypothyroidism (Raised Serum TSH levels, Low SermT4, Normal/Low Serum T3 levels) 2. Patients with Subclinical Hypothyroisism (Raised Serum TSH levels, Normal Serum T3 and T4 levels) 3. Patients with Primary Hyperthyroidism (Low Serum TSH levels, Raised Serum T3 and T4 levels) 4. Patients with Subclinial hyperthyroidism (Low Serum TSH levels and Raised Serum T3 and T4 levels)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients of age ? Pregnant / Lactating women ? Thyrotoxicosis ? Malignancy ? Patients who aren’t willing to provide sample
