Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prediagnosed cases of Sickle Cell Anemia Hb less than 6.5g/dl and more than 11.5g/dl Serum Bilirubin less than 3g/dl Patients with the signs and symptoms of SCA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with impaired liver and renal function SCA associated with other systemic disorders like Diabetes Mellitus Hypothyroidism Known cases of Hemoglobinopathies other than Sickle Cell Anemia
