Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient between the age of 30-70 years. Patient should have the classical sign and symptoms of madhumeha. Patient should have 5 year history of type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gestational diabetes Chronic kidney disease Hereditary anemias The disease that affecting the serum magnesium level other than type 2 diabetes mellitus
