Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects suffering from musculoskeletal pain. 2. Chronic pain (pain more then 3 months of duration) 3. Age group in between from 24 to 40 years of age. 4. Gender- male and female. 5. People who understand English, Hindi, and Punjabi. 6. Subjects with NPRS more than 3. 7. Subjects willing to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with any infection or fever. 2. Any skin infection or disease. 3. Open wounds or traumas. 4. Diagnosed degenerative disorder. 5. Diagnosed neurological disorders 6. Diagnosed Systemic disorders 7. Pregnant females or possible pregnancy. 8. Recent fractures (minimum 6 months).
