Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elective thoracic surgeries Patients between 18years to 60years Patients giving consent for study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe hepatic, renal, endocrine and cardiac dysfunction Pregnant and lactating patients Patient not willing to participate in study
