Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children less than 12 years of age scheduled for elective thoracic surgery under ASA 1 2 and 3 physical status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal Patients with coagulopathy Patients with vertebral deformities
