Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA class I-II,Elective neurosurgical patients undergoing general anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA class III or more, emergency surgeries with significant systemic disorder where patient has shown refusal
