Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University athletes involved in any sports must have at least 2 years of playing experience with or without exposure to resistance training. Age 19 to 28 years No prior experience of microcurrent training. Working knowledge of English language . BMI- 18.5-24.9 Participants should be involved in sport-specific training on at least 2 days per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any cardiovascular, respiratory, abdominal, urinary, gynecologically, neurological, musculoskeletal, or other chronic diseases Use of medications that could affect the musculoskeletal system Any lower extremity surgery in past 1year or musculoskeletal disorders that would prohibit the subject to participate in sports.
