Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with HBA1c 6.5%- 10% 2. Diagnosed patient of type 2 Diabetes mellitus under treatment with Metformin will be included in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with Type1 Diabetes Mellitus. 2 Patient of age below 18 years and above 60 years of age. 3 Patient with acute complications like Diabetic ketoacidosis, Hyperglycemic hyperosmolar coma, infections like septicemia,gangrene,nephropathy,retinopathy, etc. 4 Patient carrying pregnancy or lactating mother. 5 PatientswithHBA1c less than 6.5% and greater than 10% 6 Diagnosed patients of Type2 Diabetes Mellitus under treatment with Metformin and Sulfonylureas/Alpha-glucosidase inhibitors Dipeptidyl peptidase inhibitors Sodium Glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors . 7 Insulin in combination therapy will be excluded. 8 Diagnosed patient of type2 Diabetes mellitus under treatment with Insulin therapy will be excluded
