Exclusion criteria: Pateint Age Less Than 18 Years and More Than 70 Years Chronic Cardiac Illness Skin Cancer Heigh Grade Dm Fracture and Trauma on Specified Joints Pregnant Lady and Lactating Mother Gout,Oa and Infectious Joint Disease
