Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)All the patients posted for Head and neck oncosurgery within the age group of 18-70 years. 2)Patients who gave consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients posted for Redo surgery. 2)Patients with chronic alcohol consumption. 3)Patients with drug addiction. 4)Patients with anticipated ICU admission. 5)Patients with secondary illness or on any psychological drug therapy.
