Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.only female subject aged between 20-25 years. 2.only degree college student able to understand Hindi and English language. 3.subject will be in normal mental status. 4.subject will be physically healthy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Male participants is not required. 2.Having chronic or acute physical or mental disease 3. age less then 20 and greater then 25. 4.participant involved any type of spiritual or therapeutically activities.

1.concept of gayatri chalisa will be explored and complied 2.a positive mindset will developed towards Indian prayers 3.positive effect of gayatri chalisa on emotional maturity, self confidence, and well being of college students 4.will explored therapeutic view about indigenous technique in psychology.Timepoint: 15 minute intervention in 1 day and after 3 months of intervention.
