Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children Up to 18 years of age diagnosed with biopsy proven LCH except for isolated CNC LCH where biopsy is not feasible. 2. Children receiving primary treatment in the participating Centre

1. To obtain data on demography, presentataion (Clinical, imaging, laboratorty) in childhood LCH 2. To obtain data on treatment provided for childhood LCH 3. To analyse overall survival and event free survival in childhood LCHTimepoint: 10 years

1. To obtain data on incidence of relapses/reactivations and second line treatment offered 2. To obtain data on outcome following reactivation of LCH in IndiaTimepoint: 10 years
