Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Any patient undergoing a major orthopaedic surgery. Patient able to understand English, Hindi or Kannada. Consent is obtained from patient or their nominated representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative GCS less than 15 based on records
