Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults who are willing to participate in the study and have provided informed consent Individuals who can read and comprehend the English language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals under the age of 18. Adults with medical conditions that prevent them from engaging in physical activity. Individuals who cannot read and comprehend the English language. Individuals who do not provide informed consent.
