Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 obese and overweight children under 14 years having cutaneous manifestations 2 obese and overwight childern not having any genetic disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age more 14 years. ? at the time of examination patient has similar cutaneous manifestations in normal weight children children having syndromic childhood obesity like praderwilli syndrome , bardet-beidl etc syndromes obesity due to genetic disorders
