Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with post operative fistulectomy wound (Low anal single tract fistula with tract length less than or equal to 6 cm) 2)The patients from the age group 18 to 50 years irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, education, and socio- economic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension 2) Patient with Secondary fistula in ano.
