Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients > 18 years old who underwent tracheostomy un Saveetha Medical College and Hospital Patients who are hemodynamically stable. Those who have all cranial nerves intact. Patients and attenders who are properly motivated
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Poor pulmonary condition Patients requiring ventilatory support
