Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 years or more 2.Baseline Hb more than 10g/dl. 3.patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with known allergy to tranexamic acid 2. Patients on anti-platelets or anti coagulation therapies. 3 Patients with history of venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism 4. Non ambulant patients 5. CAD with drug eluting stent required Dual antiplatelet agents 6. CKD with MDRD less than 30ml/min/1.73m2 7. Patient’s refusal 8. Diagnosed with mental condition that impair the patient’s ability to provide informed consent.
