Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients above 18 years of age diagnosed with breast carcinoma undergoing modified radical mastectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Patients with known thromboembolic disease Patients not giving consent or not understanding the nature of the study
