Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of Manyastambha belonging to the age group of 17-60 years irrespective of gender. 2. Patient willing to participate in trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from stenosis of spinal canal and myelopathy. Pregnant and lactating women T.B of spine etc.

MeasureTime frame
1. To assess and quantify the changes in muscle activity and electromyographic patterns in individuals with Manyastambh before and after Marma Therapy sessions. 2. To provide a mechanistic understanding of how Marma Therapy influences muscular activity by use of EMG data with observed clinical outcomes. Timepoint: 1.Follow up of the patients will be done regularly at every 7 days. 2. final outcome collection will be done after 45 days of therapy.
