Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of Manyastambha belonging to the age group of 17-60 years irrespective of gender. 2. Patient willing to participate in trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from stenosis of spinal canal and myelopathy. Pregnant and lactating women T.B of spine etc.

| 1. To assess and quantify the changes in muscle activity and electromyographic patterns in individuals with Manyastambh before and after Marma Therapy sessions. 2. To provide a mechanistic understanding of how Marma Therapy influences muscular activity by use of EMG data with observed clinical outcomes. Timepoint: 1.Follow up of the patients will be done regularly at every 7 days. 2. final outcome collection will be done after 45 days of therapy. | — |
