Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Either gender age group of 18 to35 years,The patients suffering from signs and symptoms of Chittodvega according to HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale),Patients free from other psychiatric condition,Dravya which is free from pests and cultivated in proper land will be included in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vulnerable group like elderly , Pregnant, lactating mothers , etc;Patients having Diabetes Mellitus , Thyroid Disorders,Patients suffering from chronic physical illness, psychiatric illness,Those who are taking any herbal preparations like Brahmi , Ashwagandha , ginko biloba or related herbals,Patients having substance dependence,Patients taking antidepressants , hormonal therapy , birth control pills.
