Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patient age 25years or more with early breast carcinoma who underwent modified radical mastectomy giving consent for octreotide use

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with comorbidities like diabetes, thyroid disease, cardiac disease, pancreatitis, hepatic, renal impairment, previous irradiation to breast, hypersensitivity to octreotide, patient who received neoadjuvant therapy
