Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: malignant distal biliary obstruction naive/prior ERCP failure or unsuccessful ERCP informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: hilar or proximal biliary obstruction altered GI anatomy Unfit for endoscopic procedure uncorrectable coagulopathy or thrombocytopenia pregnancy
