Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants clinically diagnosed with allergic rhinitis of age group 6-18 years, irrespective of their religion and gender Participants with score less than 25 on ARSS scale Participants willing to give assent for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with severe systemic illness, any immuno-compromised condition, any psychiatric issues, under any substance abuse and severe endocrine disorders Gross nasal developmental defects or structural abnormalities causing obstruction, e.g., nasal polyp(s), deviated septum Participants on any sort of treatment in last three months
