Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years and less than 70 years Histologically proven squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck Oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx, nasopharynx, supraglottic larynx Head and neck cancer patients having standard indication of radiation therapy Non metastatic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior radiotherapy to head and neck Recurrent disease
