Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients = 18 years of any gender. 2. Patient mechanically ventilated >24 Hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of Neuro muscular disease. 2. Death prior to weaning completion.
