Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Resistant OCD patients i.e., patients showing less than 35% improvement in YBOCS score greater than 16 after receiving 6-8 weeks treatment of combination of at least 2 first line drugs in OCD including SSRIs’, CLOMIPRAMINE, in maximum tolerable recommended dosages. 2.Patient aged between 18 and 60 years 3.Patient from both gender 4.Patient/Patient’s caregivers who will give written consent for the study 5.All patients will stable on medication for about 6 weeks prior to participating in study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who do not give consent. 2.Who has history of seizures.
