Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of COPD with Grade A and Grade B 2. Smoking history of patients with more than 10 pack years. 3. Patients assessed fit to undergo yoga based on physical examination. 4. Patients with no prior history of practicing yoga.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with other pulmonological conditions such as asthma, pneumonia, cystic fibrosis, bronchitis. 2. Patients with acute exacerbation of COPD. 3. Patients with chronic illness such as renal, hepatic or cardiac failure, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, spinal disorders.
