Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cigarette smokers with Smoking index/pack year more than 10 [Glennon, S. G, 2019] Active smokers Stable vitals before performing the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular disease Obstructive disease or restrictive disease Uncontrolled metabolic disease Mental impairment Those who have participated in singing Heavy alcohol drinking: 4-5 drinks on almost every day Past history of ICU admission
