Inclusion criteria: 1 Primigravida 2 Singleton pregnancy 3 AFI within normal range in 3rd trimester USG 4 Women fulfilling Basti fitness criteria 5 Willing for the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Cephalo Pelvic Disproportion Polyps fibroids 2 Malpresentations 3 Placenta previa oligohydramnios polyhydramnios and IUGR 4 Diabetes Mellitus Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy Tuberculosis Anemia Liver pathologies 5 HIV HBSAG VDRL Gonorrhea 6 History of previous Surgeries
