Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)participants should be 18 -25 years of age 2)participants can be of any gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Participants having any musculoskeletal injuries or painful conditions since last 6 months 2) participants having any cardiological and Neurological conditions 3) current participation in another exercise and fitness Program. 4) students undergoing any type of medications or Rehabilitation.
