Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A.Diagnosed cases of major depressive disorder (mild to moderate) based on DSM- 5 criteria. B.Those within the score of 8 to 18 in HAM-D rating scale C.Those between age group of 20 - 50 years with irrespective of gender, religion, economic status. D.Subjects with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A.Those with any other psychiatric disorders. B.Those under any psychiatric medication. C.Those with known case of CAD, uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus, thyroid dysfunction, n ?s ?l polyp, epistaxis and epilepsy. D.Pregnant women and lactating mothers
