Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Participants with Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) will be diagnosed on the basis of High-Resolution Computerized Tomography (HRCT) and Pulmonary Function Tests - (PFT) confirmed by a Radiologist and a Pulmonologist. - Both gender - Age group 50 years to 75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, active cancer and severe orthopedic disorders which prevents them from exercising
