Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who require tooth extraction on both sides. Both men & women Age between 20-60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from systemic illness predisposing them to immunocompromised state (Diabetes Mellitus, long – term steroid therapy, hemostatic alterations) Pregnant Patients Patient with acute infectious conditions in the oral cavity Poor oral hygiene Patient on analgesics Patient allergic to lignocaine
