Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants Age between 18-25 years 2.Participants were students from different universities/institutions 3.Screentime must be for at least 2-3 hours each day- Vlogger, Influencer, reels maker, preferably working with font camera on selfie mode

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of an accident or severe Injury causing elbow injury. 2. Any recognized disease which may cause any physical and mental Disability. 3. Elbow injury/deformities 4. Any known elbow pathology
