Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the correlation between Krodha (anger) levels and different Deha Prakriti (body constitution) types (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) in resident doctors, as measured by the Novaco Anger Scale. This outcome will help determine if certain Deha Prakriti types exhibit higher or lower anger tendencies and how these tendencies manifest in the professional environment of resident doctors.Timepoint: 18 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To analyze the relationship between anger management strategies and different Deha Prakriti types among resident doctors. To assess the impact of workplace stress and environment on the anger levels of doctors across different Prakriti types. To evaluate whether specific Prakriti types are more prone to certain anger triggers e.g. patient load, worklife balance, administrative challenges. To explore if there are differences in the frequency of anger outbursts or anger expression among doctors based on their Prakriti. To determine if age, gender, or experience level modulates the relationship between Prakriti and anger levels in resident doctors. These outcomes would provide a broader understanding of how both inherent constitution and external factors influence anger in medical professionals.Timepoint: 18 months
