Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) State level badminton players 2) Have been playing badminton for at least 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The players with any history of musculoskeletal injury in last 6 months 2) Any diagnosed cardiorespiratory or neurological disorders within the past 12 months 3) Any major or minor surgery of upper limb, lower limb and abdomen in last 6 months
