Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [1] Patients aged between 9-12 years [2] Healthy and cooperative children [3] Primary and permanent molars diagnosed with class-I deep dental caries without pulpal exposure [4] Pulpal response on diagnostic tests should be with adjunct to healthy tooth or pulp in reversible pulpitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: [1] Patients with systemic diseases [2] Teeth with clinical abscesses, signs of inflammation (abnormal mobility, tenderness to percussion and palpation, spontaneous pain) [3] Teeth with radiographic lesions in the root apex and furcation and pathological root resorption

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the clinical and radiographic effectiveness of bacterial cellulose combined with Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA). This assessment will focus on its potential to enhance therapeutic outcomes, including tissue regeneration, durability, and the material’s performance in clinical settings.Timepoint: Time Point 1- Baseline Time Point 2- Follow-up after 3rd month Time Point 3- Follow-up after 6th month
