Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 40-80 years. 2.Histologically or cytologically confirmed diagnosis of malignant neoplasm of prostate of any stage (ICD 10- C61). 3.ECOG performance status should less than or equal to 2. 4. Providing written informed consent for participation. 5.Patients with ability to understand English or Bengali or Hindi.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases where patients are too unwell to consult. 2. Diagnosed cases of uncontrolled systemic diseases, unstable mental or psychiatric illnesses, or other life-threatening illnesses that impact quality of life or cause organ failure. 3. Cases that require prompt surgical intervention or have undergone significant surgery within the last 3 months. 4. Using tobacco products for chewing or smoking, alcoholism, drug abuse, or dependence of any kind (TAPS tool). 5. Self-reported immunological impairment, hepatitis, AIDS, etc. 6. Receiving homoeopathic treatment for a chronic condition within the past 3 months. 7. Participating in multiple clinical trials at the same time.
