Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Are age = 40 years Self-report knee pain for most days to the months Report a overall pain severity on VAS over the previous week Able to walk without gait aids Physician diagnosis of knee OA Evidence of cartilage loss in medial compartment by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or Radiograph.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory arthritis Osteoarthritis of hip Previous knee or hip injury Received intraarticular injections within the 6 months Patients who have neurological problems Past knee fracture or malignancy Past hip/knee joint replacement/tibial osteotomy History of medical conditions affecting the knee joints
