Inclusion criteria: Participants suffering from calcaneal spur Participants aged between 25-64 irrespective of their sex socio economic status and occupation Participants with radiological evidence X ray indicating calcaneal spur Participants giving written consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants suffering from uncontrolled systemic illnesses (metabolic neurological immunocompromised) or substance abuse Participants with any other osteo-porotic or bone disease Participants with tenosynovitis or bursitis Pregnant and lactating women Participants with psychiatric diseases
