Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Knee joint pain, stiffness, restricted movements of knee joint. 2. X-ray showing osteoarthritis. 3Age 40-70 yrs, irrespective of Gender & socio economic conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. K/C/O-HIV, 2. K/C/O-HBsAg, 3. K/C/O-DVT 4. K/C/O-Varicose vein, 5. K/C/O-Sciatica, 6. K/C/O-Rheumatoid Arthritis, 7. K/C/O-DM, 8. K/C/O-Diclofenac hypersensitivity
